My family’s used them for years for MOTs, repairs, and buying cars, so I already knew they were decent. Didn’t need to worry though. Jamie and the lads were really friendly, explained everything properly, and didn’t talk down to me just because I’m young. What really stood out was how they took the time to give me some proper advice as a new driver—stuff about looking after the car, keeping it running right, and what to watch out for.
